The uaVPS team is committed to ensuring the security of its clients' data. That is why we have created this Privacy Policy, so you do not need to worry about what happens to your personal data provided to us for registration.

By registering on the website https://uavps.net, you consent to uaVPS processing all data entered for registration for the purpose of properly providing uaVPS services for domain name registration or hosting, as outlined in the Public Offer. Proper provision of uaVPS services implies the transmission of your information to uaVPS contractors, administrative officials, and bodies involved in the technical organization, administration, and support of the Internet address space and data storage on servers connected to the Internet, including in compliance with procedures and requirements set by ICANN.

By registering on the website https://uavps.net, you also acknowledge that you are familiar with the list of your rights as a data subject according to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.” This list is available at: http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17.

1. Collection of Personal Information

1.1. During registration on the site, we ask you to provide the necessary personal information to the extent required for providing services. We reserve the right to request additional personal information if necessary.

  2.1.2. According to domain registry requirements, domain owner information must be published in the WHOIS system. Therefore, your surname, first name, patronymic, address, postal code, phone number, and email address are published in publicly accessible sources available to any Internet user.

  2.1.3. We have sufficient grounds to believe that access, use, storage, or disclosure of such information is necessary for:

    2.1.3.1. Compliance with the laws of Ukraine, including providing information at the request of individuals and legal entities, institutions, organizations of any form of ownership, or state authorities entitled to receive such information under Ukrainian law;

    2.1.3.2. Investigating potential violations of the Public Offer, which includes providing information about you in response to a properly executed legal request regarding violations;

    2.1.3.3. Detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, as well as resolving security issues and fixing technical problems;

    2.1.3.4. Protection against an imminent threat to the rights, property, or safety of uaVPS, its users, or the public, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

3. Information Protection

3.1. We take all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, in particular, internal reviews of data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and measures to ensure the physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Access to and Updating of Personal Information

4.1. We make every effort to provide you with access to your personal data and either correct it if it is inaccurate or delete it upon your request, unless its retention is required by law or justified by legitimate business purposes. Before processing requests, we ask users to verify their identity and the information they wish to access, correct, or delete.
