Within 14 days from the initial activation of the account, if you cancel the virtual hosting and VPS services, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, a full refund is guaranteed, minus payment system fees.

Refund Conditions:

1. Refunds are only provided for virtual hosting and VPS rental services. Refunds for other services are not provided.

2. Refunds are only available for services ordered for the first time. For example, if you ordered a hosting service, received a refund, and then ordered hosting again, you will not be able to get a refund for the second order.

3. A refund request can only be made within 14 days after the initial activation of the hosting account or VPS.

4. Refunds are processed minus payment system fees.

5. For payments made with VISA and MasterCard, the money is refunded to the same card used for the payment. Once the refund is processed, the money will appear on the card within 3 banking days. Note that this payment will not appear on the card statement but will simply increase the card balance. This type of refund is only available within 14 days of payment.

6. Refunds are made using the same details used for the payment of services.

7. If the payment was made by an individual through a bank branch, the refund can be made using one of the following methods:

• To a PrivatBank card. To receive the money on a PrivatBank card, you need to request it from technical support.
• To a Monobank card. To receive the money on a Monobank card, you need to request it from technical support.
• By another method that is convenient for both parties.

8. Refunds are processed within 10 days from the date of the request.

9. Refunds are not provided in case of violation of hosting rules.

10. If a domain was registered at a promotional price during the payment of the service, the cost of the domain name will be deducted from the refund.

11. All bonuses and discounts are deducted from the refund.
