Refunds are only available for unused funds remaining on the client's account balance. Cancellation of active or already provisioned services is not possible.

Refund Conditions:

1. Refunds apply only to the available positive balance on the client’s account. Funds spent on services are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of active, provisioned, or already used services (including virtual hosting, VPS, and other services) is not allowed.

3. Refund requests can be submitted at any time, provided there is a positive balance on the account.

4. Refunds are processed minus payment system fees, if applicable.

5. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used to fund the account, where technically possible.

6. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method may be agreed upon by both parties.

7. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of the request.

8. Refunds are not provided in case of violations of the service terms or abuse.

9. Any bonuses, credits, or discounts applied to the account are non-withdrawable and will be deducted from the refundable balance.
